Carpet cleaning
For some homes, we understand that carpet cleaning is required under certain conditions, for example, the agent has requested this or you may have other contributing factors such as pets. We are happy to offer this as an additional service given that it is not always needed.
Our residential carpet steam cleaning equipment can assist in removing certain stains, however in some cases stains may require a specialised treatment or simply may not be fully removable.
We also cannot guarantee the removal of odours or deeply embedded pet hair, though we will attempt to address them. We recommend professional industrial steam cleaning for significantly stained carpets.
This service improves the health of the carpet by extracting contaminants. We also ensure a quick turnaround time for drying.
How long does it take?
The time it will take will vary depending on the home. We will always aim to provide an estimated amount of time for completion. Additionally, we will ensure you are satisfied prior to our team leaving the premises, as having your bond returned is of paramount importance to us.

What if my house was messier than expected?
No problem. Our cleaning manager can offer a reassessment of your cleaning area and re-quote you on the spot if you'd like additional areas cleaned.

This will depend on the size of the clean, we will always appropriately measure this to ensure an effective and efficient clean.
What is your guarantee?
If the property manager is not satisfied, we will ensure our team is sent back to rectify any lingering issues. If this is not successful, we will offer your money back. Any additional items not included in the initial clean that present an issue will not be included and will need to be adjusted in the price.
Do I need to be home while you're cleaning?
This is entirely up to you, we have strict theft prevention policies so if you feel comfortable leaving the home, you are able to do so. If you decide to remain on the premises, our friendly staff will ensure all your needs are catered to.
